Author: A Washington gal is one of 35 “tweeple” who have been invited to NASA’s D.C. headquarters to participate in NASA’s second ever tweet-up. The only problem – she needs a way to get there. At the Oct. 21 event, participants will connect with the International Space Station via a live satellite feed, and chat with astronauts who are speeding 210 miles above the Earth at five miles a second. Nicole Hensley, an employee of KREM in Spokane, was selected to go. Now all she needs is a way to get there, and a place to stay. Click here to learn more.
